Season 5 (2026-2027) Subscription Information

When subscribing NEW to THE BENT this season, you’ll have the option to choose from one of NINE packages. Packages include 5 performances on the same week (1st, 2nd, or 3rd week of each production run) and day of the week (Thurs. – Sun.) for each show. We do this so our patrons can enjoy the same seat for each show all season long.

Third weekend subscriptions are the newest addition to our offerings, so the new seat availability on these dates will likely be better for those that want seats up close or on the aisle.

Subscribers are able to purchase single tickets to SKIPPY N BITSY before anyone else at a discounted rate! A link and discount code will be included in your subscription confirmation email.

Important Subscription Season Dates

Thursday, July 1st – Existing subscribers can RENEW their subscription for the SAME PACKAGE as last season. Your preferred seats have been held for you, and will be held until August 1st, but you are able to pick different seats if you’d like. You’ll do so by logging in to your account on our ticket page. There is a password reset option.

EXISTING subscribers who wish to change to a different package may simply purchase a different package of their choosing by picking any available seat. If you need assistance, requests should be submitted to boxoffice@thebent.org. Requests will be processed in the order they are received.

NEW subscribers can purchase a new subscription for any available seats. The best seat options for NEW subscribers will likely be on our Third Weekend packages, and after preferred seats are released on July 15th.

August 1st – Preferred seats for existing subscribers will be released.

Tuesday, September 1st – Exchange period begins (existing/new subscribers can request individual show date exchanges before tickets go on sale to the general public). NOTE* Subscribers who wish to exchange their package tickets are not guaranteed their season seats when swapping away from their original dates.

Tuesday, September 15thSingle tickets go on sale to the general public at 10am.

Thursday, October 1st – Last day to purchase Subscriptions for Season 5.

Q: Will I get to keep my seats next year?

A: YES! We’re excited to be able to offer this to subscribers this year! As long as you renew for the same subscription package next season (1st Friday, 2nd Saturday etc.), your seats will be saved for you AND it will be a breeze.

Q: I’m a returning subscriber, when I go to renew my subscription the website doesn’t remember my seats. What’s wrong with the website?

A: In order to access your preferred seats as a returning subscriber, two requirements must be met: you must SIGN IN to our ticket page, and then select the SAME package as last year. The SIGN IN button is located at the top right of the TICKETS page. Your preferred seats will be highlighted in RED if both requirements are met, and you can select them (they’ll turn green), and click CHECKOUT next to the stage on the seating map.

Q: I forgot my password– can I still access my preferred seats?

A: You can reset your password like any other online account by clicking FORGOT MY PASSWORD on the sign in window.

Q: Can I mix and match my dates?

A: At this time, we are only offering Five Play packages for the same seat and same night all season long. We do this so that our loyal subscribers can renew the same subscription hassle-free year after year. If you need to change one or two dates, you will be able to do so after the subscription priority period.

Q: I only want to subscribe to three or four of the five plays, can I do that?

A: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer additional package options at this time and are only offering Five Play Packages. If you are unable to attend all four shows and you still want to subscribe, consider giving your extra tickets to friends, or donating them back to our non-profit theatre company.

Q: When can I exchange my tickets?

A: Our ticket exchange period for subscribers begins on August 10th. To exchange your tickets, send an email to boxoffice@thebent.org with the name on your ticket account, the date and show of the tickets you have, and the date you want. We are not able to exchange one show’s tickets for another show; you gotta swap THE CAKE for THE CAKE, ya know?

Q: Is there a fee for exchanging tickets?

A: Subscribers can exchange their tickets free of charge as long as the request is made within 48 hours of the performance on the paid ticket. Non-subscribers pay a fee of $3.00 per ticket per exchange.
