All performances at THE BENT (unless otherwise noted) are held in Theater 3 at the Palm Springs Cultural Center, located at 2300 E Baristo Rd in Palm Springs.
We are now proud to offer assigned seating for our performances. The house will open 30 minutes prior to performances.
The Palm Springs Cultural Center offers a variety of food and drink options, including a cafe and an upstairs bar. Food and drink (including alcohol) is allowed inside the theater.

Tickets are available for purchase online.
The exterior box office at PSCC will open one hour before performances for will-call and merchandise pickup.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Can I buy physical tickets in-person?
A: THE BENT is an e-ticket theater. Our tickets are available for purchase online, and are sent to your email after purchase. You can print your tickets, or present your e-ticket for scanning. We do offer door sales for performances that are not sold out.
Q: Do you have a Will-Call option?
A: YES! If you select Will-Call as your delivery option for your tickets/subscription, please be sure to arrive to the theatre a little early in order to pick them up.
Q: Where/when can I pick up my tickets?
A: We open the exterior box office at the Palm Springs Cultural Center one hour prior to performances. We advise arriving early if possible, as a line sometimes forms at the box office window.
Q: Can I exchange my tickets?
A: YES! To exchange your tickets, send an email to boxoffice@thebent.org with the name on your ticket account, your phone number, the date and show of the tickets you have, and the date you want instead. We are not able to exchange one show’s tickets for another show; you gotta swap THE CAKE for THE CAKE, ya know?
Q: Is there a fee for exchanging tickets?
A: Subscribers can exchange their tickets free of charge as long as the request is made within 48 hours of the performance on the paid ticket. Non-subscribers pay a fee of $3.00 per ticket per exchange.
Q: I don't like using e-tickets, can you send me my tickets in the mail?
A: We do not offer shipping for tickets or merchandise at this time. If you are not able to print your tickets, and you aren’t handy with technology, we recommend selecting the Will-Call option.
